Song of the Sea Artbook

This is a beautiful artbook if you only want to admire the range, quality and quantity of the artworks contained within you'll be delighted to have it. As a teacher of Animation, it is a fantastic resource to show, inform and inspire upcoming animators. The breakdown of their research, development and production is just fantastic. I could not recommend this Artbook as well as the others, especially Wolfwalkers more highly. I will no doubt be purchasing the remaining Artbooks in the near future.

This book is full of lots of images, primarily in progress or concept photos. I purchased it for my mother who loves all the images of the film, but most of the final photos seem to be lower quality images than the others and are in significantly fewer numbers than the in progress work. If you are looking for a making of book of the film this is for you, if you are looking for a gallery of the final product to sit and study all the beautiful details then you will feel let down.
